As lead product designer, I rebuilt the tools and design foundation behind an enterprise equipment-management business, from the quoting tool hundreds of sales reps live in daily to the design system that unified the customer portal.

Equipment Editor

A decade-old quoting tool, used by more than 300 sales reps for 45 minutes a day, rebuilt around how the team actually worked: in spreadsheets. After testing a nested hierarchy, we pivoted to an Excel-native table so the input finally matched the exported output.

A new locations sidebar let reps work across multiple sites at once, fixing the most common complaint in years of feedback. New hires could build a quote on their first day instead of shadowing for a week.

ExpressConnect

A design system built from scratch, ExpressUI, paired with a full redesign of the equipment-management portal that thousands of Service Express customers relied on to manage their critical equipment. It replaced years of inconsistent, developer-built UI with a unified component library in Figma.

Built on atomic principles with documented tokens and variants, it turned design-to-development handoff into a conversation about components instead of pixels, and powered Customer Insights, the most-requested feature from user research.
